A lot of food available in the dining room. Location just off Arbroath with good free car parking, a very mediocre residential area, and a lovely garden. Amazing friendly, very amiable staff towards all guests....

I can't believe how they advertised a hidden gem when there's nothing special. The limited parking was such a hassle, and the 'delicious homemade cakes' they mention? More like stale snacks. As a customer who expects special treatment, i was shocked there was no welcome gift, i almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn't.

The room was light, airy, and modern with a private bathroom option. Complimentary local beverages and a lovely selection in the lounge.
The parking area is shaded by mature trees that leave a sticky sap on cars. Towel sizes were smaller than expected for those who prefer larger ones.
